Right before sunset in early May, we drove on a long road overlooking one of the most beautiful sceneries in Las Vegas; a vast green valley surrounded by blue-shaded mountains. The Eldorado Dry Lake in southeast Las Vegas is a dry lake bed that most people visit for taking photos. This location makes a great wedding photoshoot location away from the busy strip in Las Vegas. Venus and Phil chose Eldorado Dry Lake for their wedding photo shoot with one of the best wedding photographers in Las Vegas, Sam Fawaz. None of us expected to see water puddles across the distance. We never found the dry lake because it rained the night before. We reached the lake bed and tried to find a dry spot. However, the creativity of Sam Fawaz was running like a turbo engine. When opportunity presents itself, it is of high intelligence to take the best advantage of the situation presented to be creative and prove there are always great things that can unfold when you have a vision.

He had a clear vision of what to do with the unexpectedly wet lake bed that is supposed to be dry. He created a masterpiece with every puddle as well as the few dry spots. He used the muddy puddles to make amazing and mesmerizing photos of the newlyweds reflecting their love intertwined with the beautiful light of the setting sun.

Sam did not stop there. When the couple’s car got stuck in the mud, he went on to make a story of the photos he took after we got the car out. It was a crazy, funny, unexpected situation but we made the best out of it with laughs and jokes. Sam took the opportunity of what happened to create a scenario of breathtaking photos he shot. The muddy car boosted his creativity.
